Q. How do I place an order?

Just add the products you would like to purchase to the shopping cart and click on checkout when you're done. The checkout instructions are very easy to follow but please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any problems.

Q. Can I return something if I'm not happy with it?

Yes if you are unhappy with your purchase please email us within 5 working days of receiving your order, then return the goods to us in their original condition and in their packaging and we will refund your purchase (less the cost of the original courier charge). The cost of posting the goods back to us is at your own expense. We will not refund until we have received the goods. Please choose carefully.

Q. How can I pay for my purchase?

We use Paypal for all transactions enabling you to pay by Visa or Mastercard. We also accept payments by online banking or cheque. Your purchase will be despatched once the payment has processed or cheque has cleared.

Q. Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we ship to addresses in New Zealand only.

Q. What if the product I want is out of stock?

Because our online ordering system keeps track of our stock, all products listed should be available. However, if because of any exceptional circumstances a product is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment. It is not our policy to backorder items.

Q. Do you sell 'Fair Trade' Products?

The majority of our products originate from India and Bangladesh and are all sourced from Fair Trade enterprises. We also feature products from Australia & will soon be adding New Zealand made products to our range.
